Our fertility clinics require:

​

women 21-42 years of age

5 or less total deliveries

no more than 2 c-sections

BMI 30 or under

at least one successful pregnancy and delivery

no pregnancy complications

​

drug & alcohol free

smoke free home

must pass background check and phycological evaluation

must have completed her own family recommended

prefer to live in CA but not required-Must live in a surrogacy friendly US state

​

 individual clinics or parents may have additional requirements

​

Current Base compensation starts at $40,000
